Super: XO - Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Effective date: July 20, 2026
Super XO is developed and maintained by an independent solo developer (contact: Sodium11work@gmail.com). This page covers both how the app handles data (Privacy Policy) and the terms under which you use it (Terms of Use).

Privacy Policy

What data is collected

Super XO does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, or any personal identifying information to play.

Tracking and third parties

Super XO does not use third-party ad networks, analytics SDKs, or any tracking technology. No data about you is shared with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes, and none of your activity is tracked across other apps or websites.

How your data is used

Solely to make the game work: matching you with an opponent, syncing moves between players, and letting you reconnect if your connection drops mid-game. Nothing is used for any other purpose.

Children's privacy

Super XO is not directed at children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Your rights

Since no persistent account or personal data is stored, there is generally nothing to access, export, or delete beyond what already lives locally on your own device (which you can clear at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its local storage). If you have any question about data handling, contact Sodium11work@gmail.com.

Security

Connections to the game server use standard encrypted transport (WSS/HTTPS). As with any online service, no method of transmission is 100% secure, but no sensitive personal data is transmitted in the first place.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy. The effective date above will always reflect the latest version.

Terms of Use

Using the app

You're free to use Super XO, including its offline/local play mode, without restriction, for as long as you'd like.

No guarantee of online service availability

Online multiplayer requires connecting to a server operated by the developer. That server's availability is not guaranteed, in the short term or the long term, and is provided on an "as-available" basis.

The developer may modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently discontinue the online multiplayer service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to cost, maintenance, hosting provider issues, or the developer's own discretion. This may happen suddenly and without advance warning.

Using Super XO does not entitle you to ongoing or uninterrupted access to online play. Your right to use the app itself (including local play) is not affected by the online service being unavailable, degraded, or discontinued.

No warranty

Super XO is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee the app or its online services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or from the unavailability of its online services.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
